It's not flashy or cheap looking, it sticks to the typical sophisticated, classy Chanel-esque supporting a glossy black lid and frosted glass. All I need is one pump (maybe one and a half if I'm going out) to cover my entire visage. I use a normal foundation brush (Sigma F60) and I sometimes use a stippling bush (MAC 187) to apply this foundation, both work great! I have yet to try a Beauty blender spongy thing so if anyone knows where I can purchase one in Ireland, please share!
This foundation leaves your face feeling so so soft, silky and fresh-looking. I like quite a high coverage because I have horrendous skin, and this foundation (along with concealer etc) delivers just that. I found MAC's Studio FX was actually too high-coverage for me but this is a happy medium. This is an oil-free foundation which I adore because I have oily/combination skin and I am prone to breakouts. My shade is 20 Beige 'cause I'm Irish and so pale I could haunt a house. While it is not an exact match to my skin tone, I do however use bronzer and apply tan frequently to hide my ghost like potential. I team this foundation with Chanel's Poudre Universelle Compacte (30 Naturel) and the result is Oscar worthy (cheaper powders like Rimmel's Clear Complexion did not suit this foundation + my oily skin.. Trust me!).It is a fluid foundation as it says and it is long wear. I have danced all night wearing this foundation and it stayed on perfectly! I don't like to wear makeup for over 9/10 hours because my skin just cant handle it, and its so damaging etc. towards the end of the day its does tend to become greasy and oily but I'm putting that down to my raging sebum glands. It contains SPF 10 (yay for us Paddies but boo for flash photography) which acts as a plus for my sensitive skin. The only negative remark I can make is regarding the scent. It has this beautiful, fresh, clean perfume scent which is really pleasant, but I am worried about what was added to the mixture to achieve this plus (applying excess chemicals to my skin does not sound appealing!).

For the moment I am chuffed with this foundation. I tend to get bored of foundations and foundation routines quite quickly, however I can't see myself getting fed up if this anytime soon. Would I recommend it? Definitely! if you are a victim of oily skin and are looking for a medium/high coverage foundation then you should definitely consider looking into this foundation. If anyone out there has products that I need to test, review or simply must have, then please hook me up in a comment below. Don't forget to leave your blogs details below too!
